Life is overwhelming, especially when you are a mom or a primary caregiver. There is never enough time, energy or resources. We are pulled in a thousand directions and we are often left feeling depleted. But it doesn't have to be that way. We are strong. We are resilient. We are women.
The goal of this program is to help moms and caregivers create a more manageable life for themselves.
All sessions will be in-person at MACoM. Come to any or all! Registration is required.
